Orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during high-demand periods, holidays or promotional events.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination and product availability.

Typical shipping estimates:
• Canada & United States: 7–15 business days
• International Orders: 10–25 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may be affected by customs delays, carrier issues or seasonal demand.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the customer’s delivery location.

We currently offer:
• Free Shipping on orders over $50 CAD

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email when available.

Delayed or Lost Packages

PAWSY is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs or unforeseen circumstances. If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact our support team and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address Information

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. PAWSY is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
